The Vision Quest retreat is a guided journey into the heart of your own inner landscape. An opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a rhythm of ceremony, nature, and intentional practice. Rooted in respect for plant medicine traditions, this experience is designed to support profound insight while remaining grounded, safe, and integrative.
Led by Esther and assisted by Debbie, the retreat weaves together ritual, embodiment, and earth-based wisdom, creating a container where each participant is supported to move at their own pace, with care and integrity at every stage of the journey. Set within a private sanctuary in nature, the retreat invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Not an escape, this is a return. Chance to reset your system, gain clarity on your path, and leave with practices that continue to support you long after the retreat has ended.
This work asks for openness, readiness, and a willingness to meet yourself honestly. In return, it offers the possibility of meaningful, lasting change.
This retreat is for you if, you are a seeker with prior experience of plant medicine, or a practitioner feeling ready for a held first deep experience.
You experience includes;
Opening circle, intention-setting, and safety intake with medical and facilitator screening.
Two guided ceremonies and supportive rituals with experienced ceremonial leaders and holding team.
Space for integration in group and one-to-one settings.
Daily practices: gentle yoga, breathwork, guided journeys, nature walks, and reflective workshops to translate visionary material into practical change.
Support with preparation for the retreat, including a cleansing dieta and more to ensure you are safe and fully prepared for the retreat.

Debbie and Esther are experienced ceremony holders and modern-day shamans who have spent years weaving together the wisdom of Q’ero Inca Shamanism, Yoga, and earth-based traditions into deeply accessible and transformative experiences.
Their work is rooted in reverence for ritual, embodiment, and the subtle intelligence of the natural world, creating spaces where healing, insight, and reconnection can unfold organically.

Your home for the retreat is a private sanctuary villa, thoughtfully held as a space for rest, ritual, and deep inner work. Designed to support both solitude and connection, the environment invites you to soften, slow down, and fully arrive in the experience.
Each ensuite bedroom offers its own private terrace and space to greet the morning in stillness, sip tea, or integrate the day’s practices in quiet reflection. The villa itself becomes an extension of the ceremonial container, where every corner supports presence and ease.
A salt-water pool and surrounding loungers provide a place to rest and restore between sessions, whether you choose to bask in the sun, journal, or simply be. With air conditioning throughout, the space remains cool and nurturing, allowing the body to fully relax.
Just a short walk away, the village of San Juan offers a gentle connection to local life, while the villa remains a protected, intentional space. Held for transformation, integration, and return to self.
