Retreat Itinerary

Part One: Arrive In Ubud and Unwind!

Ubud is the Balinese word for medicine so perhaps it is no surprise that Ubud has become world renowned for it’s yoga, wellness and its traditional devotional culture. For this first segment we will stay in the serene village of Nyuh Kuning village, surrounded by the sacred monkey forest and only a short walk from the metropolis of Ubus itself.

Ubud Highlights include:

  • Celebration of Nyepi; Balinese New Year - a night of fire and celebration, followed by a day of silence and introspection at the start of a fresh cycle,

  • Stay in traditional Jungle lodges,

  • Visit to the sacred Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave) Temple,

  • A workshop to understand and create a Traditional Balinese offerings,

  • Artisan markets,

  • Of course, daily sunrise yoga and restorative practices in the open air shala, bountiful breakfasts, and ample space to soak up the jungle vibes or relax poolside.

  • The chance to book into Debbie’s favourite massage spa (in the world!)

Part Two: Travel to Canggu and Energise!

From there, we journey south to the coastal sanctuary of Canggu.

Canggu highlights include:

  • Sunrise yoga and afternoon restorative practices in the handcrafted bamboo shala,

  • Unlimited access to a fully equipped gym with optional strength workshops,

  • Use of dry sauna and invigorating ice baths to boost your retreat nourishment,

  • Cinema room, cafe, pool, and chill-out spaces for connection or quiet reflection,

  • And maybe even an optional surf lesson!

This retreat is our most expansive in Bali yet! Blending cultural immersion, with connective and cleansing practices. Expect vibrant and nourishing food and a curriculum that is just as colourful! Expect to return refreshed, connected and deeply inspired!

Esther, Debbie & Chris

Esther, Debbie and Chris have been running retreats as a team for over a decade. Together they bringing a wealth of experience that spans yoga, shamanism, breathwork and so much more. and somatic practice, breathwork, conditioning work and more. Between them, they draw on decades of study and teaching across energy medicine, nervous system-informed practice, functional movement and earth-based ritual, allowing each retreat to be both deeply resourcing and intelligently progressive. Their intention is to create containers that feel spacious, inclusive and alive—where clear technique and grounded theory sit alongside intuition, myth, and ceremony—so that you leave not only rested, but inspired, expanded and more connected to your own path.
