Yoga X Life Retreats welcomes all concerns and complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve.

Any retreat participant who wishes to raise a complaint should do so as soon as reasonably possible by speaking to the retreat lead or emailing the retreat team at contact@yogaxlife.com. We will acknowledge all written complaints within 5 working days and aim to provide a considered response, including any proposed steps to resolve the issue, within 20 working days wherever possible. If the participant is not satisfied with the initial outcome, they may request that the complaint is reviewed by the Company Director, whose decision will be final within our internal process.

All retreat‑related complaints will be recorded, treated confidentially and reviewed periodically to support a safe, respectful and high‑quality retreat environment.
