The casita booking covers up to two adults, or two adults and a child. Please contact us before booking with a child so we can discuss sleeping arrangements and participation.
£3,600 early bird until 31 October 2026. Standard price £4,000.
Pay in full or reserve your booking with a £750 deposit. The remaining balance is due on 28 February 2027, eight weeks before the retreat. Monthly instalments can be arranged from the date you book. Contact us before booking if you would prefer this option.
Four nights of accommodation, retreat meals and infusions, guided practice, materials and scheduled group airport transfers. Flights, travel insurance, personal purchases and transfers outside the group schedule are extra.

Included group transfers run only between the airport and the retreat venue, timed around the stated arrival and checkout times. Pickups or drop-offs at hotels, towns or other locations are not included. If you travel outside these windows, please arrange and pay for your own transport. Confirm the group transfer times with us before booking flights.
All training equipment is provided. The kit is deliberately minimal and yours to take home, alongside a video resource of the practices, workouts and movement labs, and recipes from the retreat. Revisit the detail and keep building strength and understanding at home.
