Five days of yoga, functional strength and movement labs with Chris and Debbie in northern Ibiza. Take time to explore how you move, work on technique and ask the questions a regular class rarely leaves room for.
Between sessions, there is good food, the pool, walks among the pines and time to recover. Recorded movement labs and training equipment help you continue the practice at home.

Early-bird prices are available until 31 October 2026. Shared places can be reserved with a £350 deposit. The balance is due eight weeks before the retreat, with monthly instalments available by arrangement.
